Pastor

Rev. Chris Howe

Chris has been an ordained pastor since 1992. Chris attended college at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he received a BA in Psychology. He went on to attend seminary at the Divinity School at Vanderbilt University and received his Master of Divinity degree. Chris has pastored in several churches both in Tennessee and North Carolina and has also been deeply involved in Hospice Chaplaincy.

Chris loves to share God’s Word anytime he has the opportunity and finds great joy in the opportunity to visit with others and learn their story. We all have a great story to tell. Most of our stories have some similarities, joys, sorrows and brokenness. But there is always a uniqueness to each story which gives each of us an exciting perspective and unique testimony to the power of God in our lives.”

Chris and Ronda began attending First Baptist Graham in 2015 and knew from the beginning they had found a special home. “There is a kindness, love and acceptance within this Body of Christ that is very powerful. It is this manifestation of God’s Spirit which will allow this church to serve this community and offer that same love and acceptance to all God brings to us.”

Chris and Ronda live in Burlington and have five children. Ronda is employed by Registry Partners Incorporated in Burlington.
